Peter is a founding member and the Audit Partner at Endor Consultants LLC, responsible for overseeing the audit side of the business. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is authorised to undertake audit work in the Isle of Man. Peter trained with Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, qualifying in 2003. He went on to work for Mees Pierson, Fortis Intertrust, and latterly SMP Partners before starting his own business in 2007 to service a select group of clients. Peter has over 20 years of experience in both audit and accountancy, working in the industry on the Isle of Man.
Peter has experience auditing FSA regulated entities such as corporate and trust service providers, regulated pension schemes, trading companies, property holding structures, and investment holding companies. His background in the offshore corporate services industry equips him to handle a wide range of audit engagements.
Peter has worked with an international client base, gaining experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS. He has assisted businesses transitioning to IFRS and has been involved in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting financial due diligence for business acquisitions and helping businesses prepare to go to market. Additionally, Peter enjoys using technology to streamline systems and procedures, bringing efficiency and accuracy to the financial reporting function.
