Mark is qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA). Mark also holds an honours degree in Economics from Nottingham Trent University. Mark is a director of Endor Consultant LLC’s audit business.
Mark has over 25 years’ experience working at local audit and accountancy practices. Mark completed his training with Horwath Clark Whitehill, qualifying in 2003. He then went on to work at a local family office completing business valuations to help the family identify potential investment opportunities. In 2005 Mark joined Grant Thornton IOM where he provided audit and accountancy services for a wide variety of companies. This included trust & corporate service
providers, pension schemes, investment property companies, funds and local charities. He was also involved in the provision of business valuation services for local companies.
Mark joined the Endor team in 2018 and his role within Endor is to run the audit department including client management. Mark provides audit, advisory and regulatory services to a wide range of different companies including funds, investment companies, corporate service providers, pension schemes and charities. Mark provides technical assistance to clients including IFRS reporting, group reporting and the design and implementation of audit and wider control procedures.
