Wayne is qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Wayne also holds an honours degree in Physics & Mathematics from University College Dublin. Wayne was a founding member of Endor Consultants LLC which has been in practice since 2011 on the Isle of Man. Wayne’s role within the practice is focussed on business development and client management. Wayne provides advisory services on structuring, relocations to the Isle of Man, tax planning, corporate transactions and business valuations. Wayne also provides advisory services to start-up businesses assisting them with business plans, investor decks and with many other aspects of a business in its start-up journey.
